v0.3.58: canonical URL fixes

Legacy legal URLs and index-page aliases now permanently redirect to their canonical pages. The www and app hosts redirect to opsprobe.com while preserving paths and query strings.

Unknown paths return HTTP 404. Login and workspace pages explicitly exclude indexing. Admin pages and shared diagnostic reports continue to exclude indexing.

Administrator analytics also recover from PostgreSQL parallel-query errors after correcting traffic-filter function metadata. No API binary, credential, or stored analytics data changes are included.
