Data retention
Retention notes for standard usage.
OpsProbe keeps data only as long as it is needed to operate the product, provide history, and meet standard support or legal needs.
Workspace data
Sites, monitors, alerts, incidents, and reports remain available while the workspace exists and the plan is active. Deleted workspaces are removed from active use and retained only where required for legal or audit reasons.
Usage and analytics
Public usage events, IP enrichment data, and waitlist submissions are retained only as long as needed for product analytics, support, and abuse prevention.
Backups and logs
Operational logs and backups may persist for a limited time before automated expiry. We do not keep them indefinitely as part of the standard product surface.
Deletion
Users can request deletion of their account and workspace data through support or the appropriate account controls when available.
